Where do you deliver to?
Unlike many companies selling products such as ours, we deliver worldwide and have worked extremely hard to open postal accounts with all the large postal providers in the UK so that we can pass on fantastic postage rates. Items such as glow sticks can be fragile and can easily snap and activate during transit. We ensure that all our items have high quality packaging materials around them to minimise the risk of this and make a safe journey to you.
How much does postage cost?
We have worked very hard to make our postage prices extremely competitive whilst ensuring you still have the option to make sure all items are still tracked and insured against losses. This makes sure that we know exactly where your item is as all times and minimises the risk of any delays with your shipment. All prices are calculated at checkout and we give you the option to select which postal method you want to use. We also make sure that we only charge our customers the price the postage costs us! We currently use both Royal Mail and DHL. The reason for this is because Royal Mail can provide great value for small items and DHL can offer great pricing for larger items and urgent items. If you want a quote for shipping, simply place the items you wish to purchase in the basket and continue to checkout where a price will be calculated.
How long does an average delivery take?
We aim to send out all items within 24 hours of them being received. Unfortunately, delays can inevitably occur with both postal companies and ourselves and it can take a little longer for us to dispatch your order. If there are any delays with your item, we will let you know by calling you personally, or by sending you a message to keep you updated. If you want to guarantee a fast delivery, the best thing to do is purchase a guaranteed delivery service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL 24 hour Delivery. This ensures that your item is given priority and will be dispatched as soon as possible. If you order an item that needs to be sent internationally, please allow 7 - 10 working days for delivery.
Can I contact you about delivery?
Absolutely! If you require a quote for delivery for your order or you want to ask a question about one of the postal rates we charge, simply open a helpdesk ticket and send us an email. We try to respond to all emails within 1 hour when sent between 9am - 6pm. We even have night time staff who will reply to emails outside office hours!
